Not just boys, but still exclusive.

That's what Radiation Oncology practice in US is. In other specialties, non-US/Canadian candidates gain a licence with USMLE and they are free to practice.

Radiation Oncologists are not. No. We are asked to redo the four year residency.

I can't find words to describe how i feel about that.
